Through the Slack integration, we collect:

• Slack user IDs and display names
• Workspace (team) ID
• Channel IDs
• Meeting scheduling data (participants, availability, dates)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use this data solely to provide the scheduling coordination service: creating meetings, collecting availability, and calculating common time slots.

3. Data Retention

On the Basic plan, meetings are automatically deleted 20 days after they are created. On paid plans, meetings are kept until you delete them. Workspace metadata is retained while your subscription is active.

4. Third Parties

We use Slack for integration and Paddle (Merchant of Record) for payment processing. Payment information is handled by Paddle, which acts as the legal seller of record. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data.

5. GDPR and CCPA

If you are in the EU or California, you may have rights to access, rectify, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
